Caroline E. Arnold

Caroline E. Arnold is an Associate with Grund & Leavitt. Ms. Arnold joined Grund & Leavitt as a law clerk during her third year of law school, and has been practicing with the firm since her admission to the Illinois Bar in 2020.

Ms. Arnold received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2020 where she made the Dean’s list, was the vice president of the Women’s Bar Association, and was a family law fellow. Ms. Arnold additionally earned a certificate in family law from DePaul University College of Law for the variety of family law courses she completed throughout law school.

In 2017, Ms. Arnold graduated from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and philosophy.

While in law school, Ms. Arnold worked as an extern judicial clerk for the Honorable Timothy P. Murphy within the Domestic Relations Division in Cook County. Ms. Arnold also interned for the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic at the Domestic Violence Court House in Cook County where she assisted clients, on a pro bono basis, to acquire orders of protection.

Ms. Arnold practices primarily in family and matrimonial law. She represents clients in a variety of complex domestic relations issues to include prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce, paternity, custody, visitation, spousal and child support. Ms. Arnold has a passion for the practice and understands the importance of tailoring her practice to each individual family and providing her clients with a creative solution for their individual needs.
